Handmade 9" chef's knife of carbon damascus (1095/15N20) folded by Monolith. This blade is handled in Turkish Walnut featuring a bolster of mokume (folded layers of copper, brass and nickel silver). The overall length is 14.25" HRC 61-62. Blade weighs a hefty 9.6 oz.
