Handmade 7.25" chef's knife of carbon damascus forged by Monolith. This blade is of 1084 and 15N20 carbon steels in a tightly folded raindrop pattern. The wa handle is of beautifully grained bocote featuring a copper spacer. The overall length is 13". 6.2 oz. HRC 61.
