The apprentice series are knives made in our shop by craftspeople in training, under the watchful eye of our master knifemakers.

Handmade 3.5" paring of stainless damascus in Damasteel Vinland pattern. The faceted handle is of stabilized Walnut featuring bolster and pins of brass and a spacer of green and red G10. The overall length is 7.75".
